Terms of Service

Placeholder summary of how you can use the service and what to expect.

These terms are a placeholder while we draft the full agreement. Core principles:

  • End-to-end encryption is the default; losing your password may mean losing access to encrypted data.
  • Classic (non-E2EE) links are marked clearly and should not carry sensitive content.
  • Abuse (spam, malware, illegal content) is prohibited and will lead to account action.
  • Your data is your data. We record only minimal metadata needed for operations and abuse defense.
  • If we receive lawful requests (regulatory, government, or police), we log them and will disclose related information publicly whenever legally permitted.

Final legal text will arrive before general availability (public launch). Contact us for specific questions in the meantime.

2025

Zero-knowledge by design: client-side crypto, server sees ciphertext. Threat model: honest-but-curious server and network attackers; still watch for compromised browsers/extensions and shoulder surfing.
